Thinking to try new tactics against my voices and the “dudes” connecting with me.
I’m not gonna “alienchat” with my voices anymore of - including all the friendly ones. Because if I say yes to some of them then the s**theads will also join the party. Not gonna push them away but I’ll stop reacting to them if they come. So it will be me and the real world lifestyle now on. Hope it works and pays off.
You’d think it’s easy but it’s not. My body can be in a very big “under control” by them so even if I’d pass what they say, they can still use my body for their interacting needs as the desire. And also - if they say something, my brain generates an automatic response and if I won’t answer it starts to slowly eat my nerves.
Same here. Loxapine has kept most of them in quiet.
