New exercise idea?

instead of walking outside, I’m going to walk backwards outside.

I think walking backwards will raise my heartbeat because I wouldn’t know where I’m going. I would be frightened to fall over and hurt myself, so my heart would be pumping fast. and I need to have a good pumping heart to get the best benefits from medium cardiovascular activity.

Is this exercise decision a step forward, or a step backwards?
