I took a day off from exercising💪 and now I’m on day 4 lol
I feel like it’s getting harder to start again
This weekend I barely left the house and today I was anxious again

Seriously, if we stop it just is so hard to get going again. And as far as anxiety goes, if I’m not medicated I get to where I don’t want to face anything. I have to really force myself to just keep going. Inertia, I’m telling ya

I don’t have a driving license. Never been interested in cars or driving.
But the idea of traveling has always appealed to me.
I could’ve traveled more while I was healthy and earning money. Ruing missed opportunities right now. If I start working again I want to visit more countries.

I kind of feel i have wound down a lot, last year i was walking a lot more sometimes 5 miles a day, now i cant be bothered walking a mile, i’m a lazy ■■■■■■■ now man

Idk Andrey, I just get tired easy, hoping it will go away, it might be a little fatigue, i had a gal bladder infection a few months ago and i was unable to move for a few days but idk if it could be something to do with that, i got a call saying I’m getting surgery soon, my gal bladder is full of stones apparently

So is mine but I don’t want to have surgery.
I’m really sorry to hear that. Both mom and grandma had gall stones and they had it removed as a precaution. If stones get out, they can clog the liver duct (or whatever it’s called) and that’s very risky.

Well then I hope your surgery goes well. With today’s technology it is usually a safe procedure.
More troublesome will be keeping a diet (not a very strict one) for the rest of your life.
