I donāt really understand how technology works, but maybe even if thereās regulations about ai etc, some corrupt ppl may secretly continue to advance ai etc. Anyway.
So, maybe itās just a necessity to continue the advancement, in order to neutralise any corruption, if possible.
I donāt know if advancement should be slowed down though.
Perhaps so, if we areā advancing ā in a way where we donāt fully understand the workings behind the advancement.

It was published in Wired Magazine itās considered a genuine scientific consideration heās illegal activities were horrific but the manifesto itself is considered something of academic worth not rantings
