Nervously waiting for psych nurse to call

I decided to send a text to my psych nurse, asking her to give me a call.
I’m having trouble dealing with the voices and the sensory/tactile hallucinations or whatever they are.

My negative symptoms have gotten worse too. I just don’t know what to do with myself.
I have an appointment with a psychiatrist in a weeks time, but it feels very far away at the moment.

I’m not sure what I want from her tbh.
Comfort maybe?

What can I do to lessen my thinking about the symptoms while I wait?
They seem to be all I can think of recently.

Listen to music on headphones at a safe volume.

Multitask so all your senses are engaged. Listen to music with headphones and play a game on your phone at the same time. Turn the fan on so the wind blows in your face. Do this while lying down on your bed.
