I have been on SSD since 2009 and that’s how I always got my meds and all. But I’ve used up all my trial months and I make too much now to stay on it so I am getting my last check then that’s it. I will be losing my medicare too cause you can’t have that and the insurance through my job. I tell myself this is what I always wanted but I am nervous about it nonetheless. But the job is going well and I have student loans to contend with so I have to keep trying…

Sounds like you are doing well. Here if you have been on disability and start to earn enough through work. Although you get cut off. It’s easier to receive it in the future (if you need it again). Then all the red tape you have to go through the first time. Unsure if it’s the same where you are but might be worth looking into as gives you a safety net.

Wow you are very brave. Just so you know if you google expedited reinstatement ssdi you will see that if you should fall there is such a thing. I think you can do 1 or 2 years from when you benefits are cut. Good luck!
