Someone just knocked loudly on our door at 11:05 at night. My husband told me to grab my dog and when he opened the door no one was there. He’s outside right now investigating. I live in a neighborhood with a lot of crime

Yeah that’s hella sketchy. Maybe stay up a little late tonight with the lights off to keep an eye on things.

That’s good. I realized I probably gave you bad advice, I would leave the lights on to deter any thiefs. And if you can afford it leave your lights on over night.

Most of my neighbors are on the sex offenders list. Not kidding. We have 2 neighbors who seem to be good people though. But there’s no park or school near us so the sex offenders can live here.

I understand. I have a lot of sex offenders in my neighborhood too. I don’t bother them though, and try hard not to judge. A lot of sex offenders are the way they are because of human trafficking and being exposed to child pornography at a young age.
I don’t mean in anyway to diminish their crimes, but it’s a very complex problem in our society.

Yeah. That’s true. If a man pees in public he’ll end up on the registry. So some aren’t really bad, but some are
