I tried taking 40 mg at night. It made me have bad anxiety. I want to get it right because I’m supposed to increase to 80 mg next week. I’m thinking double the medication , double the anxiety. Please help.
Talk to your dr maybe he can give you something for the anxiety hydroxyzine helps

No im not on it but ive had anxiety
Might have to get used to it
