Anyone get nasty voices
Last night went out to charity Christmas dinner and on way home voices said I was a dead schiz
I find i get the more nastier type of voices when im suffering from low self-esteem. I often find that a trigger for me. I treat myself to a cream cake and a coffee when im hearing stuff like that and remind myself that im unique and awesome!
