There already exist toilet flushing mechanisms based on a vacuum pump. Aren’t they enough?
Sounds like fun. You would probably need a team to do something this big though. I would look into recycling the urine like they do on the space station and maybe look into using the waste as possible fertilizer. I wouldn’t imagine it would need to be too different from ones already used in space.
