My weight loss journey

I’m still on the max dose of Invega but through replacing my lunch with a Huel shake and lots of walking I’ve lost 30 kg/66 lbs in the last 2 years.

I thought I would share a before and after pic and let those of you know who struggle with their weight because of APs, it’s possible to lose weight.

It’s just that tad harder, but you can do it too!

Before (with sunglasses)

After (with sunglasses to keep it objective :sunglasses:)

My weight loss journey is full of ups and downs. I lose , then I gain, then I lose , then I gain, and on and on.

Congrats on your success!

It’s the same for me

I think the key to consistently losing weight is making small changes and doing them indefinitely.

Diets don’t work long term imo.

Congratulations @Jonathan2 . That is quite the accomplishment. I have done nothing but gain weight since I was hurt last year. I don’t move around enough and I am on depakote and that makes feel that I am starving most of the time.

New place, new doctor, hopefully new drugs that will help me to lose the weight that I have to get off of me.
