My up and down moods are back

when im up, i want to workout, get fit, go do things, explore

when im down, i think no point in trying, my life is pointless, might as well be in an institution.

it’s unusual after 4 sedate years with little fluctuation in mood. i guess it’s kinda a good thing, to be more like my old self.


i’ve also been getting out more by myself lately. going for walks, going shopping, things like that.


Ups and downs are the worst enemies of any human being. If we want to be good at doing something we also need to be consistent, ups and downs are a major setback to that. So my humble suggestion is to try to get back on your feet as quickly as posible
