Ok, so lets assume that every thought has one square of a big square-web. We have a square that represents "I have mental health problems"but, it’s just only one square of all the square-web. Why do we want to get ridd of that square as it’s just one of the all squares? Can we accept this square as all the other squares? I think it anyway.

Propably all the people have that very same square.
To me the mental health problems, are just a reaction to something you experience, and what people with sz experience isn’t something that everybody else experiences. So mental health problems i don’t think its preferable to have them, as they hinder you from seeing things as they actually are(paranoia, delusions, etc.) which hurt your ability to thrive in life. I think taking medication helps with being able see that these negative experiences are just all in your head and not founded in reality. So the goal for me would be to minimize the effect of disordered thinking on my life.
