My tips for losing weight.

I have a couple of kilo too much, but im vain and want to loose them and here is my plan to get rid of them

If you are for example 90 kilo/198 pounds and you want to loose weight, there is no way but getting used to be hungry. Your body will always try to maintain your current weight so step one in my program is getting used to be hungry.

I eat a piece of bread with cheese in the morning (no butter)

Lunch is raw vegetables with a piece of rye bread.

I eat early dinner, and it is mostly salad with bread. Sometimes a piece of meat or an egg.

I eat early dinner because then i sleep when Iā€™m hungry and burn calories without noticing it.

Until now it has worked, I loose a kilo a week.

make sure you get at least 1600 calories or you will just gain all the weight back later.

My suggestion for you is to drink a lot of water with your meals. It fills you up.
