Maybe its just making me manic idk but too much dopamine causes dopamine dysregulation syndrome which is similar to mania.

Maybe cuz I naturally get mania I just didn’t notice much from it.

It’s odd tho, like sarcosine is one of the few supplements that actually helps me. I get clarity and more drive from it.
I usually have it in water or I just put 2 grams under my tongue.

That why I lean towards thinking glutamate must be some sort of issue for me

I’ve tried maaaany different supplements

I don’t try new supplements anymore I tried a lot. I just take a multivitamin, fish oil, caffeine and calcium+vit d pills now.

The caffeine helps a bit.

Yeah me too I’m pretty disillusioned by the supplement industry. It’s hard to find a legit supplement.

I am tempted to take ldopa sometimes but I am afraid of hearing voices again like last time when I took 7 pills.

Figured I’d try the nmn tho cuz it gets talked about a lot.

And I was hoping the ldopa would help

So the 3 supplements I have are caffeine , sarcosine and 5htp.

I don’t know if the 5htp does anything or not.

Vraylar will soon be available in Canada my pdoc told me. It was submitted for review to Health Canada last June.

Is vraylar going to cost a lot in canada? I think it will be covered for you if you don’t work?

Probably not, we have public insurance. I paid 50$/month for brand non generic 80mg Latuda so it shouldn’t be more expensive.
