Maybe you should use UV cream if you’re staying a lot in the sun.

Oh man you need to get some spf 50. Get the kind that is aerosol spray its easiest to apply when outside working. Also wear a hat.

On super hot days we used to take a small towel and soak it with cold water and drape it under the hat down your neck to keep cool.

And it proteccs yo necc

I used to have the biggest farmers tans  tshirt tans

Oooh that might start to peel

I hate that.

I would try to use after sun such as aloe Vera. That is very cooling.

Canuky you got to take this serious my friend. This burning your skin is no good for you. Please make yourself a priority and use the best sun protection over that burn tomorrow - a tee shirt. Once the burn is gone you can put your tank back on with a really good sunscreen. If you sweat a lot you may want to reapply at lunch.

We are constantly told over here where the sun is bright and shines a lot that there’s nothing healthy about a tan and there’s nothing healthy about sunburn. Slip, slop and slap. Slip on a shirt. Slop on a hat and slap on that sunscreen and use the 50plus stuff if you can if it’s decent brand.

They never worried when I was a kid and I lived on an island. I go brown easily but these days I’m contantly getting things cut off my body. It’s better to take the safeguards now rather than later and sun makes you look older anyways.
