He wanted to make himself tofu stir-fry and he made enough for me too. It was delicious. It had tofu, broccoli, sugar snap peas, carrots, onions, water chestnuts, a tiny bit of sauce and he topped it of with some crunchy mixed nuts. It really hit the spot and was so low in calories. I even have enough calories left over to have cinnamon applesauce for dessert later on when I get hungry again.
