My son and I both punched holes in the walls and doors when we were really sick

When I was in my late 20’s and into my 30’s, even before I was diagnosed, and before my son was diagnosed, (we both were eventually diagnosed with sza, and sz), I used to slam my heels into the walls of my houses, and my young son used to punch his fists into the walls and doors of our houses and create holes in the walls and doors. Did anyone else do this while non medicated?

I used to punch and kick things but I never left a whole in a wall. I did break a window with my foot once though.

I have a hole in my room that had to be fixed. It may have been me but I can’t remember why I did that…

Yes. I have done this on multiple occasions.

I never punched walls and stuff but I was a huge fan of throwing things.

Yes in my early 20’s. Deeply ashamed. By accident.

I used to destroy all my and my husband’s belongings. We went through dozens of laptops, tv’s game consoles, watches, dishes etc. I was sick and unmedicated.
