My skateboard

So I bought it and rided about 10 km with it or more idk… damn it was hard… I am so heavy I weight 90 kg about now …

I am very happy that I bought it … it’s very fun to ride … if it where more better roads to ride would be better …

I didn’t go to skateparks I need to get in shape

I am too old for skateboarding. I never have skateboarding.

90kg is not heavy if you were tall enough. Count BMI. :slightly_smiling_face:

How old are you? I”ll be 30 after two month…what’s bmi? Maybe I weight less , last year I weighted 90 kg, Iam 185cm height

I am 41 years old.

I calculated for you, and the result isn’t too bad:

Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is 26.3 Kg/m2. This means your weight is within the Overweight range.

A more accurate BMI calculator:

Your BMI is 26.3, indicating your weight is in the normal category for a 30 years old 185 cm heigh man. Your BMI Prime is 0.97.
