From my apartment I see tonight some people walking totally drunk. This drinking is a part of the May Day celebrations traditionally. Maybe they have also started using drugs more. Basically people drink so much alcohol that they are ‘perseet ollalleen’ which literally means that they place their ass on their neck, instead of their head and mind and so they do very stupid things when they have this ass on their neck, ‘perseet olalleen’.
