Last time someone told me that I had potential was at least 20 years ago when I was about 30 years old. Hopefully I’ve lived up to my potential though two or three people have told me I could get a better job than my current job as a janitor. But this is one of the easiest, best jobs I’ve ever had out of at least 25 different jobs.

What prompted you to write this post?

I was going to say…

I’ve read your writing, I think you have plenty of potential in there. When you get in to a more stable living condition (I know you just moved out from your parents) and you have the energy, you’ll find a way to plug that potential in.

There are so many things that can be potential. So one just must know his or her potential.

Well it didn’t work out with moving into my bf’s house, we broke up and I moved back in with my parents. I’m just worried I’ll never achieve anything in life.

I’m sorry you and the boy friend are split. You’re still young and you have a talent with your writing. You will find a way to use that talent.
