As above. If I tell my pdoc I have insomnia, he’ll just put me back on Klonopin. I don’t want to take it. He thinks Klonopin is a cure-all.
Tell him that you have insomnia but that you don’t want Klonopin.

That’s funny because usually they don’t proscribe benzos. Try taking trazadone.
What’s trazadone?
It’s an antidepressant used primary for sleep. I’ve taken it and it works great.

Here where I live, psychiatrists are scarce. You’re lucky if you have one, and have to live with the one you got.
