My friend is trying to see my pdoc and he calls him and tells him he’s trying to retire soon…well my pdoc never told me this… my pdoc is good. My appointments are free cuz he takes my insurance and he’s a highly rated pdoc. I hope if he retires the next pdoc is good!!! This is sad news to me.

Ok, @Goyankees, I want to know how a psychiatric takes the insurance of his patients. What is procedure. It is a new term for me.
Sorry. My original pdoc retired with no warning, and I got reassigned to another doctor with almost the exact same name. Just one letter off. And they never told me I was reassigned, so I went to my appointment and suddenly it’s some lady instead of the abrasive guy I was expecting. It messed with my mind for a few minutes as I tried to remember if that was always my doctor, and I was just imaging the other guy this whole time.
