my pdoc doesn’t believe in profrontal sarcosine and nac ???
what do i have to conclude about this?

Mine doesn’t also. I don’t suffer that much from negative symptoms to take them, but if you do you have nothing to worry about trying them out.

Several doctors I spoke to about it reacted similarly: they did not know about it, were slightly skeptical of it working, yet also saw no harm in trying it out, ‘for it is just an amino-acid’ - apparently amino-acids do not really count for these doctors - I simply don’t know why these are perceived harmless.
