My pdoc appointment

We’ve decided to keep the meds the same:
12 mg Invega
5 mg Tranxene
12.5 mg Clozapine
150 mg Wellbutrin

She’s also prescribed me a movement coach to help me get fitter. It’s a new program from the Government called ‘movement on prescription’ and I decided to take advantage of the opportunity.

I will let you guys know how it goes.

All in all a good appointment.

How was your last pdoc appointment? I see her again in 4 weeks.

Mine is on Monday.

It’s going to last 5 minutes I predict.

“Any thoughts of self harm”
“No”
“Bye”

That sucks. Normally my sessions are 30 mins but today it was 40 minutes.

She’s the best pdoc I’ve had so far. No crazy theories. Level headed. She only doesn’t like to write reports. That’s the only thing.

But 5 minutes is beyond scandalous. The pdoc I had with the shortest appointments was even 15-20 minutes.

I remain on 100 mg invega depot. But I do need to get active.

I think the program she prescribed me is a great new feet. I only have to pay 1€ for each 15 mins of private coaching.

It’s for 2 years that I get credits to use.

I hope it will help me to get even more active.

Did you have a good conversation with the pdoc of the clinic?

Yes. I had a good conversation.

It was good. It was last Tuesday. I showed her my mood tracking app where every day was a happy day since February and she said it was the best she’d ever seen me. My appointments are short, only about five minutes or less depending on which psychiatrist I see (I have two psychiatrists with my mental health team).

My next appointment is next Monday…at my last appointment 1.5 weeks ago, he said that it was the first appointment that I’ve had with him where he didn’t see me smile. He was worried for me cuz I wasn’t sleeping and I had self-harmed for the first time in almost 7 months. I’m doing better this week, going to clubhouse and staying present.
