Dude, he cannot message you about your diagnosis with you not being his patient. He can get into serious trouble for that.

Talk to your current pdoc if you disagree with your diagnosis. It sounds like you just want to have a debate with him on why you disagree with it when there is nothing he can legally do about it.

I’ll talk to my current psychiatrist and see what can be done.
