My paranoia is lowering, finally

I think with a mix of the right dosage of abilify, and therapy techniques that I’m finally getting past this relapse of paranoia. My therapy techniques are focusing my thoughts on something positive and changing my paranoid thoughts to something else. Also I use grounding techniques and reality testing with people who I trust. I was waiting patiently for my meds to adjust, and now once they did, my therapy can take full effect. I don’t think I can stress the importance of therapy, medication, and an attitude to get better enough. Anyway my next stop is stopping my delusions to get out of hand.

Excellent. Took me 6-8 years to get over my delusions and paranoia. Really, my paranoia started in 2014-2015 and lasted up until a few days ago when I started Amyloban 3399 and stopped watching certain things and going to therapy. I’m on a miracle med (for me) called Vraylar.

You’re pretty young so you got a good shot of getting better. Seems like you got a hang of things and are on the right track.

You can’t read into delusions because they’ll suck you in.
