My nights are a living hell

Im always worse at night The seroquel helps alot but it seems to be losing effectiveness. I was up for hours last night with all kinds of nightmarish things going on, why am i so much worse at night?!!??

Nights were awful for me, too. During the day, I was able to distract myself from my hallucinations, but at night, they would be the only thing to focus on. It helped me to play an audiobook all night. I still couldn’t sleep, but I had something to drown out the noise.

Nowadays, my medication is sorted out, and I haven’t had a single hallucination in over two months. I still only sleep 5-6 nights a week, but I think that’s just because of habit at this point.

They keep changing my doses I wear headphones all day and listen to music to distract me, I guess Ill try it at night as well, I dont know why I havent, thank you.

It took me a long time to sort out my medication. Honestly, it’s only been the past few months that I’ve found the perfect balance for me.
