My new pdoc had the right idea

I started seeing him 2 months ago. When I first saw him I was really struggling with anxiety. He decided to increase my Cymbalta to 90 mg. After a month I was still having a hard time and having thoughts of suicide. He increased me to 120 mg. I have to say after a month of being on the 120 mg I’m finally feeling less anxious and I think the worst is behind me. It’s a hard time right now for everyone and I feel bad needing help with everyone else needing help too. But I’m better now, so I guess my pdoc had the right idea.

I am glad to hear of your success. Most doctors or pdocs try to do everything they can to help. I have a new doctor too, and he asked me how he could help me.

I take L-Theanine supplements and they completely take away my anxiety.

Very good news. I trust my doc for sure. He’s always provided good advice and the meds he has suggested have worked. It really is an art with our current technology but hang onto those good doctors.

Without my psychiatrist and my family I would be dead long time ago since I experienced my first psychosis long time ago.

Psychiatry is pretty important yeah.

I would have been completely homeless without it.

Family is as important as a psychiatrist. I committed suicide and my parents came home saw me vomiting from Tylenol intoxication and overdose. They brought me to the emergency.

Thank God for that. Glad you’re still around!
