in the past, i used to mix cayenne pepper, onion powder, oregano, garlic powder and cinnamon about a tablespoons worth and eat it in the morning. i was doing it to get my blood flowing. but i didn’t know it at the time, but the garlic can help to lower my bad cholesterol and raise my good cholesterol according to this book. and cayenne pepper is supposed to be good for blood pressure, and cinnamon is good for blood sugar. i think i will re-start my morning ritual of a tablespoons worth of herbs and spices and then get my bloodwork done again to check my cholesterol. here at my current location, i can grow oregano, garlic, and onion, but not the cayenne or cinnamon. but i will probably just buy them from the grocery since it’s less work that way.

I read books on edible wild plants. I would totally read a book like yours.
