Ask your mom to reschedule the appointment with your doctor. And ask her nicely. And ask her to schedule it soon because it is urgent, in your mind.
Yea I mean I asked her about it and she said she hasn’t got around to calling them because of issues to deal with (my dad is recovering from seratonin syndrom)

I’m sorry your family is going through so much. Have you explained to your mom why you want to see the doctor? Rescheduling a physical might seem like no big deal to her, but if she knows you have a real problem, she might make more of an effort. It sounds like she is no stranger to mental health struggles, so she might be very understanding.
I don’t really give a ■■■■ if she’s understanding, I’m not comfortable talking to her about me posibily having a very serious mental disorder.
I understand why you would be scared. But she won’t know she has to prioritize your doctor appointment unless you let her know something is wrong. You could tell her you have a problem you need to discuss with a doctor, but that you’d rather keep it private for now. You could pretend it’s puberty-related or something if you’re not ready to tell her what you’re struggling with.
