Not always but my issue now is
my anxiety which is galloping
in my poor mind. My heart races

I meditate when I need to calm down. Maybe you can try that too.

Another option is laying down, listening to quiet music and focusing on your breath. All you need to do is to weather the storm.

I’m at my most dysfunctional when my mind is racing, but that’s also when I get some of my best ideas.

and lie down with eyes closed.

Only some voices, some insults etc.

It’s a nightmare i had.
But now i have flashback
when awake

@Om_Sadasiva I hear you my mind races when I feel psychosis coming. Hope you are feeling better. It can really take a toll when psychosis consumes you.

Do you feel any more calm? I know it takes a while for the medication to take affect, but by just swallowing the pill do you feel a tinge of relief?

My mind is calmer. But confusion, fog, galloping
