I like to sit on the bench at my local beach. I watch seagulls and other birds flying. It is quiet and only sounds are made by birds. I feel my mind resting and I feel somehow harmonious. It is a good feeling. Just today I had thoughts how I ever went to America. I was young then and somehow I had courage to visit different places in the world. Maybe I did not think much when I went to the world. I was young. Any way my beach experience is nice and relaxing even when it is raining.
