Don’t know how he got it. Me and my partner are testing negative but I suspect we will get it. He has a blocked nose which is why I did the test. Came up positive right away.

Sorry to hear that, maybe you’ll be able to avoid catching it. As for your boy, youngsters are usually not at risk but he needs to stay put and avoid physical effort.

Thanks everyone. He is not himself. He has a sore throat it seems. Runny eyes. Blocked nose. Think it will be a difficult few days. We are isolating now.

Thanks. To top it off we have a leak in our kitchen. And it’s New Year’s Day. It’s hard to get hold of a plumber.and I’m not sure we should since covid is in our house.

Because it’s bank holiday the doctors surgery is closed. We have a number to call out of hours. But unfortunately they are not answering.

It’s fixed. My partner managed to sort it. I am in bed now. Sleeping in the same room as qwertle tonight just so I can listen out better on him.
