I think it’s from bed bugs, but not totally sure
it’s on both legs.
It also looks like you’ve been scratching ? Get them out do something now because the longer you leave it the longer it will take to get them out

Does Phil itch too? My Dad takes medication for lung disease and he keeps stopping his meds because they make his skin itch so much.
