I am usually a responsible person but sometimes I slip up and make mistakes. Fortunately nothing bad has happened as of yet here as a result of those choices but I fear out there somewhere it has and this concept just freaks me out completely

No. This is a delusion.
Believe me. if you turn off the bathroom light switch, you won’t get a letter in the mail from some guy in Germany saying…“Please knock it off!.”
Delusion. I slightly have it, but don’t encourage thoughts like that to develop into fully-formed ideas when I am medicated.
