My exercises work good for my blood sugar.i m not using any medication for my blood sugar.i m happy

İ m on high dose of aps.suprisingly i find more easy to make exercises on high doses.in low dose of ap i used to have not enough motivation

But my blood pressure little high but doctor says its fine which is 9/14. But i think its harmless because my high blood pressure related to high dose of ap usage.its not because of metabolical disease or unbalance
