Honestly all that sounds like a great routine to get into.
Yes. Start over in a new place with a new you. Once, I quit smoking when I moved.to a new house. It made it easy. So much new and exciting I didn’t think so much about smoking.
I’m a big believer in routine. Try to take pills same time every day. Get up with an alarm if you have too but get yourself into a good routine. Works well for me and I think it helps. I think your goals are good so just don’t be too hard on yourself and try to get through them. It’s not easy but it does get easier with a decent schedule.
