Im thinking of changing. Sometimes it can tske 2 or 3 days to get through to them cos they dont answer the phone.
Clearly they dont want their job so why not just quit and let someone else do it. People who work are easily replaceable.

Their just busy. I waited an hour to get through to my doctors receptionist the other day. Stick with em @Qwerty modern life can be stressful.

Problem is they unplug the phone.
I hate my new gp. Getting my prescription is tough. I’m supposed to register on this site but it never works. Seems a small reason but it really stresses me out. Getting my meds is a mission.
You are in the right to expect a provider to give you the services you are looking for in a manner which you expect them or you are free to find someone else who gives you what you want.
Problem is…where’s the bar? They all are sort of lacking in their treatment of patients because they can. They suck because they all suck and it’s because doctors are holier than thou.
