I’m eating more since I’m getting up earlier, so I’ll have to be careful to not gain weight.

We humans need to eat and attempting to fast is so difficult when there is plenty of food around. A person needs a daily motivator to keep reminding themselves of what their weight loss goal is. But it’s all too easy to veer off course and lose track of the weight loss plan.

I just started as I was diagnosed pre-diabetic a week ago. I’ve fallen off a few times already! But I am very motivated ad keep just starting fresh the next meal.
