We decided that we are still married. But, we both decided it would be better if we did not move in together. The idea of consolidating all of our stuff and making room for it all stressed both of us out too much. And we both love our privacy too much too.

Fair enough. When you start living together there is a lot of compromising. I live with my partner, who i absolutely love, but every now and the i wish i was living on my own. Just so i can have my own privacy and quiet time. You have to do what works for you, and if living apart works for you then that’s good.
