Yes, last night I had a long talk with my best friend Matt about our old friend Chris B. that has been a brewery meister his whole career since college…turns out he invented and patented Dark Lord beer…maybe someone can post a pic of the beer bottle…it’s ofcourse a very dark beer and is 15% alcohol content and the bottles are big…they are only sold in the Spring in Chicago at the Dark Lord festival…people go nuts for this beer…it’s in such a neat bottle…

Wow, that’s pretty high alcohol content. I think most commercial beers have a about 4% maximum. I even thought it was a law that they couldn’t be more than 4%.
3.2 % beer is sold in the grocery store and quikie marts here but liquor store beer can have as high an alcohol content as they want. most liquor store beer is 5 or 6 % but I’ve seen some with at least double that before too.

We used to buy “Near Beer” in high school. It was a brand of beer with no alcohol. I don’t know if they still have it.
I started to drink beer recently, with only a bottle each meal. I drank it because I found some light beers in China which taste very fresh.
