Trying to lose weight, so far ate:
Breakfast:1/2 cup of cottage cheese
Small mocha frappe,
Lunch: Tilapia and salad
Dinner: Chicken and salad

you can get a cheap electronic scale and measure your calorie intake exactly with an app like myfitnesspal.com

You just input the measure and it is bound to find the product, then a healthy intake and calorie measure can be taken. You can even measure exercise output and stay healthy!
