My mum and dad live in my village. As does my sister and her two boys. They keep an eye on me and help with day to day stuff.
Anyway they are all away on holiday. I was invited but didn’t want to go. I have been fine whilst they have been away.
Am pretty bad at cooking myself but can handle rice and vegetables, sandwiches and ramen. My flat is tidy (my nurse noted how tidy it was).
Three years ago I wouldn’t have been able to cope with my family being away but I must have turned a corner.

Oh they were going to an outdoor activity centre. It would be too busy for me. Lots of young kids making lots of noise.

I’m OK , but today I didn’t exercise, spent the entire day on the computer.
I wish I could exercise or at least walk today.
