My family doctor is not seeing patients in person

I honestly don’t think that my family doctor is seeing patients in person at his office.
I think he’s working part time and splitting duties with his colleague.

He does Telehealth sessions only, so it’s going to be difficult for me to have blood tests done.

COVID is affecting the business practices of a lot of these doctors.

My psychiatrist is not seeing patients in person also.

She sold her office and is doing telepsychiatry sessions only.

Mine are seeing people if it’s serious enough

I opted for a blood test at my GP surgery, as I did not want to go to the hospital to get it done.

They’re spacing people out a lot

My dr started seeing people in the office a while back. I had to go in for a blood draw if I wanted refills. But my pdoc is doing telehealth appointments

My doctor does a combination, and so does Starlet’s. If one of us needs to be seen in person for something, we are.

I think that my family doctor is seeing patients in person if it’s an emergency otherwise it’s done by phone.
