My experience with vitamin b7 600mcg

Vitamin b7: It calms me down and I’m getting a better sleep. I don’t wake up feeling groggy.

Apparently you have to stop it 7 days before you have blood tests as it can mess them up and make them give false results.

Vitamin b7 is also called biotin.

I’ve tried all the b vitamins and b7 (600mcg) and b1 (100mcg) produced the best results for me.

More than 100mcg of vitamin b1 resulted in a cognitive decline bordering on confusion.

I got from a doctor a weekly very high dose of vitamin b12, I felt not good with that, a combination of b vitamins including 400mcg of biotin works good for me, especially the metafolin instead of the supplement folic acid i got.

I bought today BIOTIN 1,000 mcg it’s ok to take? it’s written on the label “Hair Care”.

Yes, only take 1 pill a day.

I tried taking more than 1 pill a day and felt worse!

I’ve stopped taking B vitamins. They were making me physically worse. So be careful with biotin.
