I hope people around where I live dont think I’m yelling or talking to them. I have outbursts in my bedroom and talk to myself.

how is Abilify working for you?
Are you still hearing a lot of yelling?
How is L-Theanine working? try taking 200 mg when you feel intense.
I feel the abilify is helping. Not much yelling anymore. Yeah I’ve been taking 100 mg l theanine twice a day. I think its helping.

I’ve done the same thing like I will grunt and say things like I’m giving up. I did that not too long ago maybe a day ago. And I’m going through another bad situation again.
