My doc has said I can take seroquel once a day, instead of split in 2 doses. Anyone do this?

So take 600mg at night instead of 300mg twice a day. It is the immediate release

I take it 3 times a day. 100 in the morning, 100 in the afternoon, and 300 at night.

When I used to take seroquel I took it once per day and it worked for me

I take serequel for sleep now, 25 mg, used to take more… but 600 is a lot! I only took that size in the hospital and it knocked me out for the whole day, I can barely stand at that dose.

Also serequel will give you diabetes FYI

I take it in the night, but with the two tablets spaced apart a bit to reduce side effects. I take 200mg at 8pm, and 200mg at 10pm.

I used to take mine at night in one dose. I started on regular Seroquel and changed over to the XR version. I was taking 800mg and it worked fine for me.
