My delusions or psychosis at the moment is thinking I’m telepathically connected with him whoever I interact with. And I see sparks and dashes. And I always go when I think about something and if I see a spark it means like yes and if I see a black dash means no if I have a question about my interactions with people or an issue I’m having with people or anything. But my functioning keeps improving well my delusions and psychosis are stable I’ve been dealing with these delusions and psychosis for over 30 years now. They are well in my control and reason or reasoning. I know it’s mental illness I know it’s the diagnosis of schizophrenia.

Thats great that your in control man. I have the same delusion about the answer to questions. I wish i could belive all the abuse wad just delusions. At least then i would be safe

I am giving you an real example then you can understand it.
Once in a psychiatric appointment. The psychiatrist was examining me. Suddenly with no reason I saw his left eye then moved to right eye.
I felt a pressure on my forehead. Then suddenly this psychiatrist doctor think " he (me) crossed me." This doctor then thinking I am writing to him this, this, and this medicine. I was reading his mind. I astonished when the doctor gave me the prescription. The three medicine were same to same.
So for telepathy first think them then eye crossed them . If far then imaginary. Then talk.

I have to keep things recovery oriented. And not support this delusion. When my mind is functioning optimally I do not experience this. This belief of mine is a symptom of Schizophrenia and not real when my mind is functioning optimally. This delusion also affects my feelings. I lose control of and have constant feelings to deal with which hinder my recovery. Optimally I have no delusions of telepathy in any way (telepathic thoughts or feelings)and can continue to further my recovery with Schizophrenia.
