My day has been very healthy!

I ate beans for breakfast
An impossible burger with no bread for lunch
Did a 10 min core workout (that was hard)
Walked on the ski machine for 25 min
I at a spaghetti squash for dinner and feel very good about myself

@Cragger. I just poked a fork in it everywhere, put it in the microwave for about 5 min took it out carefully cut it in half long ways then sliced it onto good sized chunks took out the seeds and oiled and salted and plenty of pepper and threw it in the oven for about 20 min or until it was easy to remove the strings from the spaghetti squash carefully removed the spaghetti you can and eat when it’s a bit cooler
